1. Does Fa Lambda ship to my country?

✔︎We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS THEY ARE SENT VIA EMAIL, GIFT CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD.

*We currently DO NOT SHIP to: Cambodia, Cuba, Crimea Region (Russia or Ukraine and zip code between 95000 and 98690), Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Russian Federation, Syria, Kuwait, Kosovo, Yemen, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin and St. Pierre and Miquelon.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER THE STATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE AND NO LONGER THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE STATED ON YOUR TRACKING.

     

    2. How much does shipping cost?

    ✔︎You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. Any order under $100  , it costs $6  for US,CA,AU,UK for shipping , and $12  FOR rest countries.

    PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during sale season. Stay tuned!

    3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    ✔︎ We use USPS for most of our deliveries, and do deliver to USA,CA, AU,UK.NZ. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. 

     *PLEASE NOTE due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements our distribution center is taking slightly longer to send orders than usual.

    When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from Calming Blanket and Your order is on its way. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

    If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 8 business days from this "sent" date. Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, 4 products is the maximum amount that we can pack together and USPS  cannot guarantee packages will stay together during transit.

    If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with USPS. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. USPS may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 



    4. How can I track my order?

    ✔︎Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at our tracking page. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

    5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

    ✔︎If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@falambda.com We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

    6.Do you have a returns policy?

    ✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love FA LAMBDA. However if you do not find our product suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

    The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.

    If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

    If you need to return your orders please email our team at support@falambda.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your orders.

    Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

    We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
